Method 1: Click Profile → Initialize and follow instructions on it.
Method 2: Preview profile, select all files in preview result window, right click mouse, then select "Mark as unchanged" and run profile.
Both methods will update internal database only without file uploading or downloading. Normally, it only takes several seconds to complete.
