How to prevent same files from re-sync?

You can click "Profile->Initialize" and follow the possible instructions on it.

Or, please preview the profile, select all of them in preview result window, right click the mouse. Then, select "Mark as unchanged" and run the profile.

Both methods will update internal database only without file uploading or downloading. Normally, it only take several seconds to complete.
